The tech support team works out of their dedicated workshop, where they can be found answering tech support phone calls or with screw driver in hand upgrading machines or fixing hardware problems.

In Addition to phone support for all our customers, we can also fix urgent problems via remote access. This solution saves you time and money in avoiding callouts and downtime, essential for every business.

Along with basic support, Xentech offer support agreements for your business. Xentech offer two main support options, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Pay As You Go (PAYG) We are very flexible when it comes to Service Level Agreements to suit what your business needs and have more of a personal approach to working our what’s best for you. If you don’t think you need this level of support, no problems, we can accommodate you on a  PAGY plan.

With all our service level agreements, our customers will receive:

  • Regular updates of software outside business hours
  • Ongoing consulting of network and computer issues
  • Recommendations of future planning of their hardware and software
  • Remote and onsite technical support
  • ... And anything the customer wants to include.
