Computer Hardware ::

We focus on hardware for business and promote technology which is tried and tested in companies where technology failure won't be accepted.

We supply hardware to enterprises of all sizes. From small businesses requiring a single laptop through to large organisations requiring large rollovers of computers and servers across their entire organisation.

We build computers to order and always have a stock of our most popular machines ready to go. If we don't have something in stock we will be able to source it from our large network of suppliers and usually have it for you within a couple of days. 

Pete Gao, our dedicated hardware sales manager works closely with manufacturers and wholesalers around Australia and the world to source hardware at highly competitive rates, creating savings which we pass straight on to our customers.

Networks ::

We design and setup office networking setup with a focus on reliability. Businesses choose Xentech to implement computer networking setups which can’t afford to fail. 

We are a one stop shop for office networking, providing the cabling and networks, the hardware (routers, modems etc), design and installation of the network and ongoing support & maintenance. 

Richard Clampett is our office networking expert, along with Jeremy Monkhouse. Richard works closely with ‘Cable-Guy’ John Kammash and Mark Denman (Greenwire SA)

We have a graphic design team on hand to create the new, exciting and unique for your brand to increase market value. Using proper design techniques and methods, We can c reate a new image for your business.

Office Servers ::

Office servers, which power company email (e.g. Exchange Server), file sharing and backup procedures are essential in any modern office.

We build the servers and set up the software. Like with all our solutions at Xentechwe focus on tried, tested & reliable solutions.

While we focus on the Adelaide market, we have been contracted to setup office servers all around Australia and the world, a true testament to the quality and reliability of the work we do.

VOIP Systems ::

VOIP has been around for a while, popularised by services like Skype. But as a business using a solution like Skype isn't practical. What the market has been waiting for is a solution which works just like your traditional PABX powered phone network, but uses the internet to power your calls rather than a traditional telecom. 

This solution is now available and Xentech has been rolling out the latest VOIP telephone networks to clients with great success. 

All kinds of options are available, from standalone wireless VOIP phones to complete replacements for your traditional telephone system. We can even link multiple geographically separated offices together with an internal phone network.

Technical Support ::

The tech support team works out of their dedicated workshop, where they can be found answering tech support phone calls or with screw driver in hand upgrading machines or fixing hardware problems.

One of the great things about Xentech is that we are big enough to have a dedicated tech support division, but small enough to develop strong personal relationships with our clients. Technical support is carried out by the whole team and anyone should be able to help you if you require it.
